A Subaru prety much sells itself for a multitude of reasons, but the car buying process can be daunting. Jonathan was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and wasn't pushy or gimmicky. He treated me like a friend and not just a sale. I came in pre-approved through my credit union but the financing team said they were confident they could beat my rate, currently awaiting to hear back so we'll see! The market is hot for cars right now so I didn't drive away with my new Crosstrek but I'm looking forward to picking it up in a few weeks! Amy Pepper

Top to bottom everyone I dealt with at Subaru of Wichita helped me out tremendously. They made the entire process easy and convenient. I am from out of state and they delivered the car to my driveway with Fresh Baked Cookies that were still warm! Ok the cookies part was a little made up, but maybe something they could throw in going forward? We would definitely recommend them. It’s the best car buying experience. They were not pushy, they didn’t try to sell you extras you don’t need. They ask you and explain everything very well. These people are awesome. Ran up there looking for an impreza hatchback. Website said 2 available. One on the lot and Nick got to the bottom of it quick. Found the second one which still needed an inspection and detail. Still let us take it for a drive. Exactly what I had been looking for. Labor day weekend hit so minor backup on detailing. Realized my rental car was due to be returned and showed up cold needing thr car sooner. They jumped through hoops despite being very busy and got it to me with time to spare. Had told the appt gal I could not get phone hooked up with Android /Auto so wanted help with that. Matt worked on it for 30 min and then decided to do oil change and try again. After oil change he worked on it for another 45 min or so and could never get it to hook up. We decided it was just my phone which is several years old. Later in the week daughter-in-law who is a great computer person could not get it to work either. I was just so impressed with all that time Matt took to try and figure it out. Great service!!!
