Subaru Sales Manager

SUMMARY

Subaru of Wichita is currently looking to hire an experienced Sales Manger to join our team. This position will be responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles.

WHO AND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-5 years sales experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit, hire, and train sales team

Express Lube Technician

SUMMARY

We are currently looking to hire experienced Express Technicians. Ideal candidates will have mechanical knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance. Previous experience and certification experience is a PLUS, but not required. We are looking for a technician to become proficient in our core services and offerings which include but are not limited to servicing oil filters, servicing Tires, utilize computer multi-inspections, and engaging in communication with service managers and parts professionals.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULING

  • 90-day training pay with a guaranteed base.
  • Starting wage $12-$16/ hour plus bonus.

QUALIFICATIONS

Sales Associate

SUMMARY

Our non-commissioned Sales People are actually more like tour guides or customer service specialists than car sales people. They assist our Internet, Telephone, and On-Lot shoppers with the investigation, presentation, and demonstration of our cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs. We maintain an inventory of over 800 vehicles at any one time.Our people work in a virtually fail-proof selling system. Initially you will partner with a dedicated mentor/leader to help you every step of the way. Our Management Team is in place to motivate, encourage, and support our sales force.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • We can teach skills and knowledge, we cannot teach talent, energy, positive attitude, character, and drive. We will provide you with 100% of the tools, support, and training it takes to be successful. You will need to provide the positive attitude, drive, and work ethic it takes to achieve this success.
  • You must be willing to work 5 days a week including Saturdays and NO MORE than 50 hours per week.

Porter

SUMMARY

Extremely busy dealership currently looking for enthusiastic service porter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for moving and parking vehicles throughout the lot. As a porter, your duties include keeping track of vehicles and making sure that the lot is in neat and presentable appearance. Other duties include, refilling tires and gas tanks, keeping batteries at full charge, and cleaning vehicles. To ensure success as a porter, the ideal candidate will exhibit safe driving skills and have experience working with customers. Ultimately, a top-notch car porter is someone who can be entrusted with valuable property.

  • Driving and handling all cars responsibly to ensure damage prevention, and protecting dealership property at all times.

  • Cleaning of vehicles and lot to ensure cleanliness of the interiors and exteriors of cars and making sure lot is in top notch appearance.
  • Assist management with various task and errands for the dealership.
  • Preforming basic maintenance task, such as changing batteries and filling up on gas, and other fluids.

Automotive Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
  • Routine inspections and maintenance on line
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Full automotive trouble shooting and testing
  • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
